yarn winding

I originally was sent a mislabeled yarn which was wound beautifully into a ball. Unfortunately it was the wrong color from what was shown on the website. Quixotic Yarns was wonderful in straightening out my problem and accepted the beautifully wound balls back for credit which was used to buy another yarn.
