Shipping and Returns - Online Orders
Most orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. We offer free shipping on orders over $60. Shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated to reflect the actual cost of the least expensive mailing option.
We will ship anywhere in the world and charge the actual cost for postage and insurance via the US Postal Service. Our automated shipping calculator is not very sophisticated, so if the estimated shipping cost appears to be excessively high, please don't hesitate to contact us to confirm the shipping costs. We will be happy to work with you to reduce the costs of shipping as much as possible.
We want you to be pleased with your purchases and our goal is to become your favorite online yarn store. If there is anything wrong with your order, we will do everything that we can to make it right. We cannot accept returns on special orders or hanks that have been wound, unless they are defective.
We will provide a full refund, less shipping costs, for any items returned within 30 days.
Shipping costs will not be deducted for the returns if the item is defective or if you wish to exchange it for another item.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with the labels and ties intact.

We will wind hanks of yarn upon request, but once a hank has been wound it cannot be returned.
We use a high quality ball winder to wind the yarn into center pull cakes, but occasionally hanks become tangled and it is necessary for us to wind them by hand into balls. We promise to deliver wound yarn in a usable form and we strive for perfection, but we can't guarantee that it will be in the form of perfectly formed cakes.
The winding service is only available for yarns purchased at regular price. Unfortunately we cannot offer it for sale items.
