Golden Lily Reversible Cowl

The Golden Lily Reversible Cowl was designed by Debbie Bliss & Chloé Elizabeth Birch in collaboration with The William Morris Society. This elegant cowl can be worn two ways, making it a perfect pairing of form and function! The pattern draws inspiration from Morris's iconic motifs, allowing you to wear British textile history in rich, interchanging panels of subtle beauty! 

Pattern is worked in the round using 2 charts.  

After Chart 1 is complete, a purl round is done; this row will serve as the fold line.  After Chart 2 is complete, the cowl is folded along the purl row and the cast on and cast off edges are joined to close the cowl.

This kit includes nine 50 gram balls of Morris DK in the colors Yew, Daisy, Clover, Rose, Hyacinth, and Pomegranate.

Dimensions: 32 1/4" circumference  x 11 1/5" deep

Gauge: 22 sts and 28 rows to 10cm in stockinette stitch and colorwork on 4mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
