We're Moving!

We are about to embark on a great new chapter at Quixotic Fibers.  We're moving to Denison, Texas and to Zephyrhills, Florida!

Emilie is moving our main store to a wonderful new location: the Katy Depot in downtown Denison.  We're excited to move the shop to such a vibrant Main Street with so many attractions.  

Carla and Curtis are moving back to Florida, to Curtis' home where the oak tree that he planted 20 years ago now provides lots of cool shade, as well as a playground for a bunch of crazy squirrels (because Carla needs more squirrels to distract her.)  We are setting up the dye kitchen in the screened-in porch.  We've rented a small retail space on 5th Avenue in Zephyrhills.

Quixotic Fibers Florida will be a little sister shop to the main store in Texas.  We will still be one "business" and everything from both stores will be available in our online store. Orders will ship from whichever location has the items in stock. 

So when is all of this going to happen?  Here's the preliminary schedule:

Saturday, December 9:  Christmas at the Depot Event at the Katy Depot.  Emilie and Sharon are setting up a pop-up shop in our future home in Suite 111.

Saturday, December 16:  We are having a Farewell to 116 East Main St Party from 2:00-4:00 PM.  There will be party favors!

Saturday December 23:  The last day that the Whitesboro store will be open.  

There will be some down time for online shopping during the move.  We'll be providing more details on the opening dates soon.

Of course, this means that we are having a big MOVING SALE!  Our "core" yarns are not going on sale, but we want to clear out quite a few yarns to make the move and set up in the new stores easier.  You can find all of the deals in our Sale Collection.
